Anna Herrhausen was appointed Managing Director of the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft in 2016. Having been an active member of the Board of Trustees for some time, she was already familiar with its work and aims. Anna Herrhausen previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and in the Corporate Responsibility division at Allianz Group. She joined Deutsche Bank’s Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility department in 2014. She studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University, has a Master in International Affairs from Columbia University and a doctorate in International Relations from the Freie Universität Berlin.

Daniela Kaiser joined the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft as Managing Director in 2016. She started her career at Deutsche Bank in 1999 and has been involved in different sectors in Germany and abroad. Her main tasks include strategic project management, budget and cost management, as well as organisational and personnel development. Daniela Kaiser is a qualified banker, has a degree in Economics and is a certified foundation manager (European Business School). As a Director in the bank’s Communications and CSR department, Daniela Kaiser has been in charge of operations at the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft since 2015.

Claudia Kristine Huber has been in charge of the project area Europe since 2018. Prior to this, she was responsible for the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft’s former project area International Relations. The mediatisation of European politics has long been a key interest, both as a master’s student at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and while studying for her doctorate at the Berlin Graduate School of Social Sciences (HU Berlin) and Hamburg University. Previously, Claudia Huber held positions at the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at Google Germany.

Elisabeth Mansfeld has been responsible for the project area Cities since 2017. Prior to this, she spent nine years as project manager in the Chief Operating Office of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division. And as an expert for microfinancing, she has supervised projects in China and Mexico.

Matthias Weber has been in charge of communications and impact measurement since 2017. A qualified economist with a focus on marketing and communication, he has also worked in the insurance industry and at Berliner Bank.

Anja Paulus has been a project manager at the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft since 2008. She organises both national and international events and provides communications support. She joined Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt in 1999 after a number of years working in the luxury hotel segment and for a tour operator in Germany and the US.

Sinaida Hackmack has been with the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft since 2016, and is presently responsible for the project area Education. As a political scientist (Freie Universität Berlin) and business economist (HEC Paris), she is working on her doctorate on ‘Sharing Economy in Cities’ at the Hertie School of Governance parallel to her engagement at the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft.

Ramona Schikora has been working for the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft since 2017. She supports Anna Herrhausen and the team in administrative matters. Ramona Schikora joined Deutsche Bank in 1998. She has worked as an assistant in a number of departments, most recently in Public Affairs.

Sam Walker

Samuel Walker has been working at the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft since 2018 in the project areas Europe and Education. Following his bachelor studies at Columbia University, he received a master’s degree in Philosophy at the Freie Universität Berlin. He is now pursuing a second master’s degree in International Relations (EU Studies).
